How do I create a new support ticket?
Use the support form on the Support page. If you are signed in, the ticket will be linked to your account automatically. Guests can also submit tickets using the guest form.
Why is the ticket number important?
Your ticket number helps keep your support replies linked to the correct account and the correct support thread. Please keep the ticket number in the subject line when replying by email.
Can I reply by email?
Yes. When you reply by email, keep the ticket number in the subject so the system can attach your reply to the correct support thread.
What is the best way to get support quickly?
Pick the correct product in the support form, include the steps you already tried, and keep the ticket number in any follow-up email replies.
How do subscription cancellations work?
Subscription cancellations are normally reviewed through support/admin. If you request cancellation before a free trial ends, or within 24 hours of the next billing cycle, the cancellation can be processed automatically and still keeps a full audit trail for admin.

Keep your ticket linked correctly
If you reply to a support email, do not remove the ticket number from the subject line. Keeping the ticket number in the email helps the system link your message to the correct account and support thread.
Example: if your ticket subject includes something like [EM-1042], leave that in place when replying.

- Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened
- Mention whether you are using manual license entry or Google-assisted sign-in
