FAQ

YouTube Transcript Vault FAQ

How do I activate YouTube Transcript Vault?

You can activate YouTube Transcript Vault by entering your license key manually or, if supported in your extension version, by using the connected Google convenience flow.

Can I use Google instead of copying and pasting my key?

Yes. If your Google account is connected to your ExtensionsMaster account, supported extension flows can help retrieve and insert the correct key automatically. The extension still validates using the same license key model.

Does Total Access Pass work with YouTube Transcript Vault?

Yes. If your account has an active All Access Pass, access may be granted through your master key instead of a product-specific key.

Why did my key change?

Some older keys may be upgraded to new recoverable keys so future sign-ins and support are smoother. If a new key is inserted for you, continue using that new key going forward.

What if my old key stops working?

If your account was upgraded to a newer recoverable key, the older key may be retired after the new one is used successfully.

Setup

Getting started

  2. Open the extension popup.
  3. Either enter your license key manually or use the Google-assisted sign-in flow if available.

Troubleshooting

Common issues

Google sign-in did not find my license

Make sure you connected the same Google account on ExtensionsMaster.com, that your subscription is active, and that you are using the correct extension.

Manual key entry still works

If the Google-assisted flow does not work for you, manual key entry is still fully supported.
